Qualifications:
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Experience required:
To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized Experience required:
To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level NH-02 or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience leading and/or providing technical advice/assistance to a group of quality assurance professional employees engaged in performance based surveillance of contractors. Experience overseeing the contractor's manufacturing and quality assurance processes and systems that have direct impact on the quality of products or services provided, and developing or implementing process improvement techniques. Education cannot be substituted for experience. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
