General Business Support Analyst

P&W Customer Training is a functional group of 42 people based around the world providing both Commercial and Military customer training and is part of the larger Commercial Engines Customer Support Organization. The Customer Training Center (CTC) is one of four facilities around the world providing P&W engine operators with training. The training centers also provide meeting and training space for internal UTC customers.
With a large volume of CTC students there is a requirement for a person to manage: class scheduling and student registrations, the training resources and to be a point of contact for any assistance. Additionally, there is a requirement to support CTC with respect to our general operations and communications.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Class Scheduling and Registration
Responsible for management and scheduling of classes and associated training resources using the Learning Management System
Verify customer affiliation and eligibility with Pratt & Whitney to attend specific training courses
Create and monitor formal training agreements between customer and Pratt & Whitney Customer Training.
Manage and track class payments
Student Services
Responsible for management of class logistics
Preparation of student badges and supporting documentation
Manage and process orders and payments for training material requests
Prepare visa invitation letters for students to attend training at P&W Customer Training
Assist students with hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, sightseeing information, flight changes / information, etc.
Assist with Training and Visitor Management
Qualifications Basic
Qualifications:
Candidate must have demonstrated proficiencies in teamwork, communication, customer focus, and analytical thinking.
Strongproject management skills and a strong focus on results are required, as well a strong commitment to ACE and continuous improvement.
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access skills are needed.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience working internationally or with a multinational employee and customer base is desired.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
