The Configuration Management Team in Global Materials & Logistic (GM&L) has a position open for Configuration planner for the Auxiliary Power Units (APU) programs. This role will focus on the analysis and input of data in order to create and maintain manufacturing bills of materials and part level material master data. Represent the Module Centers and Global Supply Chain relative to the Manufacturing Change Board and participate in the implementation planning of engineering changes. Communicate and interact with all levels of Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, IPT's, CIPT's and other support groups, to obtain, evaluate and coordinate the necessary technical and planning information needed to attain approval for Engineering Changes and Bill of Material Releases for OEM Engine Programs. In addition will develop and coordinate master data and bills of material for OEM spares and aftermarket support.
BS degree in Operations/Industrial Management, Engineering or related field.
