This position will be located in CT and report to the Business Enterprise System Manager, for Supply Management Business Process Management. This role will provide leadership and assistance for internal partners with initiatives and projects to re-engineer processes, entirely or partially linked to Supply Management (SM), to ensure efficiency as well as delivery, cost and quality optimization in order to meet customers' needs.
The BPM Project Manager will be responsible for an entire project or several components of a project or a complex component of a larger project, and ensure key projects' milestones are well defined, planned and met on-time, while promptly addressing potential gaps. Drive continuous improvement and value stream mapping workshops with multidisciplinary individuals, as well as lead change management activities to ensure smooth stakeholders' transition to the desired state of the newly deployed processes, tools and solutions. The incumbent will monitor projects' progress, milestones and key drivers, and report / escalate when applicable, on project challenges to meet schedule and budget.
Bachelors' Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Production & Operations' management and/or other Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Supply Management fields (Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Materials Management).
ACE Associate required.
ERP/SAP systems experience
Proficient with common IT tools (MS office, MS Project, etc).
Occasional travel required
The following are preferred, but not required:
- PMP certification
- ACE Practitioner or Associate working towards Practitioner
- Training / certification multiple Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Written and spoken French
- Experience in managing off-site resource

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
