Our client is seeking an HR Client Manager to provide strategic leadership and human resources support to the team. The candidate will execute human resources initiatives and promote a high performance environment, including employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, sourcing and staffing, talent development, compensation, policy compliance and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have:
BS in Human Resources or related field

years of HR generalist experience supporting professional employees with role progression
Ability to work effectively and influence others in a diverse and dynamic work environment
Knowledge of HR practices and policies, and applicable state and federal laws
Ability to understand, interpret and easily communicate policies, practices and code of ethics
Excellent communication
Advanced skills in MS Office
