InterCommunity, Inc is a FQHC LA (Federally Qualified Health Center Look Alike).
Our health center provides same-day primary care services to every member of the community, regardless of life situation or ability to pay.
We also provide a wide array of behavioral health services.
Our community Health Care Centers are located at 281 Main St.
East Hartford, 16 Coventry St.
Hartford and 828 Sullivan Ave.
, South Windsor.
InterCommunity's Addiction Services offers a similarly wide range of substance use treatment and recovery-supportive services, with many sites in the Hartford area.
We provide services across the spectrum of care, including primary care, residential detoxification and substance use treatment, multiple levels of residential care, outpatient substance use disorder and mental health services for adults and children, intensive outpatient programs, employment and community support, mobile crisis evaluations, judicial support services and social rehabilitation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain, support, and deploy/retire computers, users, printers, and MDM components in accordance with Intercommunity's policies and procedures.
Maintain, support, and deploy/retire software applications (OS, AV, and O365, etc.
) in accordance with Intercommunity's policies and procedures.
Assist end users with a variety of computer, software, printer, and network-related tasksBecome the subject matter expert for tier-three IT team escalation as needed.
Maintain software licensing of Intercommunity's systems to ensure software compliance of systems.
Maintain system documentation of the system's configuration (Networking components, workstations/Server configurations, AV configurations) Offer suggestions on improving Intercommunity's systems/locations/hardware components, and upgrades, and offer guidance on policies and procedures pertinent to the systems specialists.
Develop and analyze systems and processes for reliability and speed of deployment.
Provide technical expertise for the performance and configuration of systems, software, active directory, and O365 administration.
Schedule and provide maintenance of systems while conscious of SLAs for InterCommunity's staff to reduce outages as approved by the direct supervisor.
Occasional off-hour /weekend work is required for this position.
Other tasks as assigned by the Director of IT.
All agency staff are required to attend all mandatory department/agency meetings and trainings RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent 4
years of IT systems administration experience.
O365 Administration, A+, Server+, Net+, Security,
or other commensurate certifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
