Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall workGreet customers and inspect their vehicleAdvise customers about necessary/suggested servicesOffer additional services, products, and special promotionsFollow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of workKeep customers informed of any changes that occurUpon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressedProvide a completely satisfied customer experienceQualifications - Service Advisor/Writer:
2 years of service advisor experience is preferredGeneral knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferredCDK experience or Reynolds experience requiredGood customer service and communication skillsWorks well in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and a positive attitudeGood work ethic and computer skillsValid driver's license and good driving recordPlease upload your resume and complete the online assessmentMust be authorized to work in the U.
