Summary:
OTW Shipping is a growing fulfillment center that just opened our second location in East Hartford, Connecticut.
We're looking for quick-learning, hard-working team members with warehouse picking/packing/receiving experience to assist with daily operations.
We are a small, tight-knit group looking for another awesome individual to join our team.
This position would be great for someone who has experience in the 3PL/Fulfillment industry.
Our goal is to help you develop professionally and train you to eventually take on a role with more responsibility and pay.

What you'll do:
Take pride in your performance when executing receiving, picking, and storage operations by continually evaluating processes to improve efficiency.
Showcase your attention to detail when performing QA/QC in regards to inventory management and general operations.
Exhibit your organizational prowess when maintaining strict inventory control and same day shipping cutoff times to meet company SLAs.
Display your communication skills when discussing operations with team leads.
Requirements High School GED or equivalent.
Experience in the 3PL/Fulfillment industry.
Minimum of 1 year - warehouse experience as a picker/packer/receiver.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
A team player, with a proven ability to build and influence others.
Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Able to consistently meet strict deadlines and remain organized.
Able to create a positive and healthy work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google Drive.
