We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) vertical under Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering (ME)/Aftermarket (AFTM) .
This Individual will be responsible for the customer interface between the delivery and operations as a primary job function (Accountable for OTD, FTA, customer satisfaction, and organic growth of the PWA and Collins business.
) Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value clients.
Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
Provide ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service.
Possess very detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.
Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
Organize visits to current and potential clients.
Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments.
Informs clients of new products and services as they are introduced.
Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs.
The job function is to architecture to the customer needs with delivery, sales, and technology organization to drive value proposition and Cyient objectives under GTM.
GTM Objectives (Vertical Includes Sales and Customer Success Partner/Manager) Drive strong topline growth across traditional as well as a strategic initiative.
Establish Cyient as the go-to consultative and tech solution partner for conceiving designing and transforming business processes.
Focus on large deals and build pipeline based on emerging trends.
Drive industry-specific solutions and services for the customersCSM position will orchestrates the delivery function of the account in Manufacturing Engineering (ME) / Aftermarket services along with customer relationship to drive the account revenue for sustenance and grow organically.
This position will deliver digital solutions within our ME, AFTM & enterprise platform as it relates to supporting our manufacturing discipline, engine centers, MRO of the customer.
Specific focus includes process planning and manufacturing execution, as well as integration to Pratt and Whitney's SAP ERP and PLM.
Current strategic activities include supporting the roadmap for ME deploying next-gen solutions, leading Quality Assurance solutions, new site implementations with connected factory concepts, and integrating with new technologies for IoT, Industry 4.

The position is based at the customer location and up to 30% domestic/international travel may be required.
Due to customer and delivery team locations in different time zones, customer/team meetings can occur outside normal business work hours.
Need to manage and grow PWA and Collins run rate business through DLM & CS.
Transform engagement to multi-thread engagement such as digital and Avionics apart from strengthening Mechanical.
