We service a wide range of client types as well as maintain and operate different facilities.
Our projects' sizes range from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of square feet and include essential work facilities such as hospitals and special care centers.
Summary We are seeking a commercial plumbing project manager with 5 years minimum experience in that role.
The responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
Oversee multiple plumbing projects simultaneously and on an ongoing basis Fully analyze plumbing plans, specs, and documents to understand requirements of the project Execute and manage terms of project contracts Procure materials via purchase order with suppliers Ensure full scope of work is defined and prepare scope changes in accordance Monitor budget and labor cost of projects Make recommendations for project change orders Prepare documents for billing purposes and work with accounting team Attend scope reviews for prospective projects with estimators and President of company Maintain clear and concise channels of communication with general contractors, construction managers and owners for projects Ensure mechanics on site abide by safety plan and OSHA requirements Responsible for overall planning, scopes, schedules, requisitions, and closeout of the projects Receive punch list, confirm completion and sign off from client/owner
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
At least 5 years' experience managing large commercial construction projects Several years' experience as a licensed commercial plumber Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to read and interpret all project documents and requirements accurately Be able to take responsibility for projects and their workload Must be computer proficient including Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel and Word High initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team environment Effectively handle stressful situations and deadline pressures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type:
