UCONN Athletics (XL Center, Gampel Pavilion, Rentschler Field) Storrs, CT, East Hartford, CT Yale Athletics (Payne Whitney, Ingalls Rink, Yale Bowl) New Haven, CT Hartford Athletic Professional Soccer (Dillon Stadium) Hartford, CT Concerts (XL Center) Hartford, CT The Event Staff/Security position provides general support for events including ticket taking, ushering, checking bags, and guest services.
Their role requires good judgment, flexibility, strong attention to Branch Manager, Event Staff Supervisor and Event Manager directives, strong observation skills and vigilance.

Responsibilities:
Manage queue lines to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow at a venue.
Greet guests as they enter and leave the event Support guests with way-finding through the facility Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, team officials, players, and other individuals associated with the event Report issues to your supervisor as you observe them Basic
Qualifications:
