Summary:
We are looking for an Automotive Office Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, have strong communication skills and the ability to meet and exceed goals.
The Automotive Office Manager will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities for the Automotive Office Manager Manage and train accounting staff Prepare, review, analyze, and submit monthly manufacturer financial statements Maintain an open dialogue with other departmental managers Maintain internal controls Monthly bank reconciliation Process monthly Sales & Use Tax Support Budget and Forecast Activities Monthly Floorplan Reconciliation Process payroll timecards, sales commission sheets, tech sheets, etc on a bi-weekly basis Calculate Month Commissions Requirements:
