Essential Responsibilities Service Advisor Builds and maintains relationships with customers and fellow employees.
Writes repair orders and completes tasks daily to ensure that customers are kept up to date and their vehicles are repaired properly and in a timely fashion.
Provides accurate cost and time estimates when scheduling appointments and discussing the vehicle repairs.
Provides accurate and honest advice to the customers on the care of their vehicles when selling additional service work.
Follows up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction, as measured by the region's CSI scores.
Continues to monitor and improve on important industry benchmarks as measured in a simplified and competitive pay plan.
Nature of Customer Contact for Service Advisor The Service Advisor has a high level of customer contact throughout the workday via face to face interaction, phone conversation and email.
Minimum Experience, Skills and Knowledge Requirements for Service Advisor Minimum of two years Service Advisor experience within the automobile industry.
Demonstrated customer service and problem solving skills.
Strong numerical and computer aptitude.
Demonstrated organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read and speak English (a second language may be helpful, but not required).
Demonstrated desire to learn and grow Minimum Educational Requirements for Service Advisor Minimum of High School degree or equivalent License and or Certification requirements for Service Advisor Valid driver's license Clean driving record Job Type:
