They are the heartbeat of the club and handle many different functions daily.
Responsibilities Greet all members & guests.
Tour prospective members.
Present membership pricing to prospective members.
Complete all tasks associated with signing up members.
Update payment information on accounts and take payments.
Use a point of sale system and cash drawer.
Call potential & current members for various reasons such as promotions, account issues, follow-ups, and scheduling Sell products, and supplements.
Make protein shakes for members.
Requirements:
Upbeat and positive attitude.
Reliability and punctuality is a must! Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Ability to think & act quickly to different situations.
Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude in any situation.
Knowledge of the Fitness industry, supplements, and someone that has a passion for fitness is a big plus!:
