0 3 hours ago Full Job Description Goodwin University is seeking a MSN prepared candidate to fulfill the role of clinical adjunct faculty in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner masters track program in the Nursing department for the 15-week summer semester starting in May 2023.
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Program Director of the PMHNP track in the School of Nursing, the candidate is responsible for overseeing assigned students' clinical experiences including:
Site visits and evaluations of the student, preceptor, and clinical site at least once within the semester, in-person or via Zoom Overseeing students' Typhon logs Directly reporting any concerns from the preceptor/student/site to Program Director Cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with preceptors and clinical sites.
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Master's degree in nursing, with board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or PMH Clinical Nurse Specialist (PMHCNS) At least two years' experience working as a PMHNP/PMHCNS Strong planning and organizational skills Work collegially in a team environment Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
