The call center customer service associate is a liaison between our company and its current and potential patients.
The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving patient issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping patient satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior and provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:
managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner; route calls to appropriate resources; identify patients needs and clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives, enter patient information into the system and obtain and verify patient demographics.
Update existing patient information and scan documentation into the patients electronic chart Schedules appointments, and verifies insurance benefits and co-payments, Requirements:
Ability to handle call volume with grace and a friendly customer service attitude.
Willing to learn new skills within a 6 month time period and be available to work Monday through Friday.
Data entry and typing skills, active listening skills, problem solving, solid verbal written, interpersonal and organizational skills Customer Service and adaptability to differing personality types, ability to multi-task and mange time effectively, team work and maintain confidentiality.
